Got weighed in and did not overeat due to feeling of deprivation. Instead, ate nutritious food spaced out. Went shopping for clothes to reward myself. Stayed within calorie allotment; got good amts of fiber, calcium, protein, but went overboard with cholesterol (small individual pizza and feta cheese on my egg substitute omlette at breakfast), sodium. Walked at the mall and did 40 minutes on treadmill and completed the circuit of machines for toning. Burned 391 calories today, walked 3.22 miles, took 9745 steps and of those 3881 were in the aerobic zone. Love my omron pedometer which I read about through someone's comments on Sparkpeople.
