  I hope you decided to make this a short round instead of going the entire 42 days. It would be safer to do it that way, as you would not be stressing your system so long with the 500 calorie a day thing.

emoticon Kickboxing is a lot of fun. I'm glad that ur an athlete at heart. I know u will be able to maintain your goal weight when u get there, since u love to work out. You look like you are strong and healthy to me. Love your beautiful clear complexion.

I am doing the HCG diet as well and love your blog! Thank you for posting it and encouraging everyone who is doing this. You are not alone!

I am on day 19 and have lost 15 pounds. I think you look wonderful and full of energy. Keep up the great work!

  You look like you are getting weak. Please stop this diet before you become ill. Eating only 500 calories a day is nowhere near enough!
