I've been totally off my game this entire year and it has been pretty hard getting back on track. I realized the other day I'm starting a new leg of my journey so I have new obstacles to tackle which means I need new tools. We get so stuck into our routines and what got our journey started that we forget that we change as people so what we do in order to succeed must also change.
I've eaten at restaurants more this year than I have my entire life. I really need to learn how to incorporate eating out and eating clean. I've also been eating pretty bad things when I'm at home. I need to cut back on the sugar especially in drinks. I have lemonade and fruit juice. I'm slipping back into some of my old habits of drinking like a fish. The weird thing is now I drink tons of water plus things I shouldn't. Before I would just drink the sugary drinks.
My biggest hurdle is getting back to my workout plan. I'm going to attempt to complete all 20 weeks of Turbo Fire with Kettleworx thrown in for extra resistance training. I'm excited to start working out on a regular schedule. I really miss it.
