July 2011 Goals...It's GOING to be a good month!

I can just feel it. Here's my goals...feel free to hold me accountable :)

Weight: Be under 220

Fitness:
-700 Fitness Minutes
-150 laps in the pool
-500 pushups
-500 squats
-500 crunches

Eating:
-40 oz. of water daily
-Track calories daily

    Ahh..thanks Jenn! I totally meant 220..just typed 200 (wishful thinking?)...I think I said 220 in my vlog (at least I hope so!) Thanks for catching that...

    Ok girlie! Game on! You can do it.

I'm going to just make one little suggestion and you can tell me where to stick it if you want. You told me where you are weight-wise and under 200 might be really hard to do in a healthy manner. Why not shoot for 10 lbs????
