Well I managed to fight off the the urge to go wild over ice cream. I know even if I had had only a small serving to try and tame the beast I wouldn't have stopped there. It would have ended with 2+ bowls. What is it with ice cream? I guess that's something I need to figure out until that happens I'm just going to stear clear of the frozen treat aisle. Better save than sorry.
