DIY Challenge Entry Form
emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
My Challenge Name: Bikini Body Challenge

My Starting Weight: 121.4

Four Other things I will be measuring during this challenge & their current stats: (body measurements, race times, crunch max, jeans size, whatever YOU need to track)

1. Waist: 26.75 inches
2. Hips: 32.25 inches
3.Chest: 34.25 inches
4. BF %: ------- forgot to measure this morning. (I’ll fill it in later)

emoticonIf I am going to be 100% honest with myself, the reason I am doing this challenge is because:
I want to keep my motivation up & bring my belly fat down!

emoticonI feel like the reason that I have not been progressing as well as I hoped I would be is because:
ever since I finished my 12 week challenge that ended the day before Easter- I’ve been on a huge sugar bender.

emoticonThis time, I commit to finishing my challenge because I know that:
Seeing the results makes everything worth it!

emoticonI'm scared of:
the weekends. I always find ways to justify candy emoticon (movie night), ice cream emoticon (movie night) & alcohol emoticon (game night, birthday parties, girls night)

emoticonI want to:
feel confident in my bikini.

emoticonBut I have faith in:
Sweat. Proof is in the pudding.

emoticonAnd THIS TIME, I will NOT quit, because THIS TIME:
- I have a plan, I have the desire & I have fresh memories of what it feels like to let myself down. Hey- bad memories can be motivating too. Lol

My top five non-health related motivations right now are:
1. Bikini
2. Boating season (bikini)
3. Season Pass to Local Water Park (man I’m going to be spending a lot of time in a bikini)
4. Having confidence in & outside of the bedroom (we’re still being honest here –right?)
5. Motivating my family to stay active with me

emoticonThe best way to motivate me is to:
- remind me how I felt before we left for Lake Powell.

emoticonThe best way I can motivate myself is to:
- read blogs, flip through fitness magazines, read quotes & see pictures of people who already made it happen!

My name is ~ Deborah & I have a plan.

Hi Deborah! Saw your blog on the SLC team page. Whatever your health and weight loss journey has been to get you to this point - great job! I'm a little older than you and recall how I really wanted to improve tiny things about my body -- but when I see the photos I can't believe I was ever unhappy with what I had! So if you don't mind one older and wiser chick saying this: you look absolutely fantastic exactly as you are!!! It's great you want to improve habits and clean up your diet but don't obsess over teeny bits of fat or whatever you see that isn't "perfect." You look pretty amazing from here. :) emoticon

Love it! YOu did it before and you can do it again. I know those temtpations on the wkds. I feel the balance this wkd, but the key is moderation. You have good ways of keeping yourself accountible. YOu can do this. I am working on the same focus to lose weight.
