1. Drink ONLY water ALL day (except my protein shakes)
2. Hit the gym 3x a week, strength, cardio for 60 min, and a group class
3. Buy local, organic, clean foods, high in nutrition low in bad crap.
4. Cut land animals from diet (not bi-products or seafood)
5. Blog each week about my journey.
