I was going to keep running about 4 times a week.
Yes I've been on vacation. But I was at my parents. Built in babysitting and plenty of opportunity for exercise.
Yes, first trimester exhaustion and nausea are knocking me on my a$$. But I found the energy and appetite to eat biscuits and gravy not once but TWICE last week.
My plans to not gain weight during the first trimester are going awry. I need to get control now.
I cannot, cannot, CANNOT let myself gain as much weight as I did last time.
So I am committing to tracking every bite I take for the next two weeks and I'm begging you, my Sparkfriends, to hold me accountable. Shame is a powerful motivator for me.
