With a few weeks off of daily class, and no work on the horizon, I am trying a smoothie-based cleans of sorts.
Frozen berries, mango and who knows what fresh with Good Belly juice and ground flax seeds.
Yummy and good for ya!
Now, this isn't for weight loss per se, but I'm curious, so I measured belly, hips, chest, ribs and thigh.
Might have to get a scale. :)
