This month went by SOOO fast. I can't believe it's over and we're starting the July challenge already!
I feel like I started the first three weeks really really strong and then the last two went a little by the wayside. Not totally gone, but not my full potential and what I wanted to do with working out.
Week 1 was great. I stayed within my calorie limit
and I made sure to do great workouts. I was very confident in myself and made the time to focus on the challenges.
Week 2 I was really upset with myself because I completely blanked on writing my weekly blog and I hated to miss out on those points! I also didn't have my computer so that really took a toll on my updating. I was happy with all the walking I did and was still focused on keeping within my calorie range and communicating with my great team here on Mommy to Wowwy
Week 3 I was shocked that it was already the halfway point in June! In all it was a pretty good week. Did my workouts and my participation. My husband got out of the Marine Corp in the middle of week 3 so that took up more time than working out as much as usual. We spent a lot of time together because he had about two weeks until starting his new job so we did a lot with the family.
Week 4 My husband was still not in his new job so we were still hanging out and taking time to ourselves so the workouts could have gone better for me. I loved the water challenge because I don't drink enough water regularly so that was really great and it's kept me a little more on the ball to drink more
During this week my son had to get ear tubes put in so Tuesday was shot because we had to be at the surgery clinic and then he wasn't too happy the rest of the day so we needed to give him full attention.
Week 5 Sadly this week has been a bit slow. Workouts here and there, but nothing too much. My husband started his new job so I went with my son to stay with my parents a few nights just to visit and so we weren't at home alone haha. Participation as always was done, with some workouts.
I am looking forward to a fresh start in the July challenge and I hope to set myself workouts before hand so that will keep me even more on track. I just joined the 30 Day Shred (Jillian Michaels) Sparkteam so I think I will try to make that a priority workout to make my points in the July challenge. I will also keep track of my food intake the WHOLE month and not just when it's required. Thankfully my computer is back so that helps so much when coming online.
