emoticon My Challenge Name: Summer Sweat-Off
emoticon My Starting Weight:154
emoticon Four Other things I will be measuring during this challenge & their current stats: (body measurements, race times, crunch max, jeans size, whatever YOU need to track)
1. Body measurements
2. Max distance in a workout
3. Jean size
4. Crunch max
emoticon If I am going to be 100% honest with myself, the reason I am doing this challenge is because: I want to lose the jiggle around my mid-section and be able to wear all my "skinny" clothes again.
emoticon I feel like the reason that I have not been progressing as well as I hoped I would be is because: I've been crappy about sticking with my eating plan.
emoticon This time, I commit to finishing my challenge because I know that: I look and feel better when I am working out and the whole losing weight part isn't so bad either.
emoticon I'm scared of: sabotaging myself.
emoticon I want to: be able to run.
emoticon But I have faith in: my ability to finish this -- I have done it before, I can do it again.
emoticon And THIS TIME, I will NOT quit, because THIS TIME: is the right time.
emoticon My top five non-health related motivations right now are:
1. Fitting into my skinny clothes
2. Looking better naked
3. Boosting my confidence
4. Getting the fat off my face
5. Having people call me "little" again.
emoticon The best way to motivate me is to: leave notes of encouragement, check in and see how I'm doing, etc.
emoticon The best way I can motivate myself is to: stay plugged in to SP, remember that eating the way I'm supposed to ISN'T painful and it WON'T kill me and in the end I'll be the right size again.
emoticon My name is Liz and I will finish this challenge and be fit again!

    I think I will do this too. Maybe it will be the "key" to what I've been looking for. I've been at a standstill or lose/gain the same 8 ponds for a year now. I'm tired and almost burnt out. I don't want to quit. Good Luck!
