If I am going to be 100% honest with myself, the reason I am doing this challenge is because: I want to lose the jiggle around my mid-section and be able to wear all my "skinny" clothes again.
I feel like the reason that I have not been progressing as well as I hoped I would be is because: I've been crappy about sticking with my eating plan.
This time, I commit to finishing my challenge because I know that: I look and feel better when I am working out and the whole losing weight part isn't so bad either.
I'm scared of: sabotaging myself.
I want to: be able to run.
But I have faith in: my ability to finish this -- I have done it before, I can do it again.
And THIS TIME, I will NOT quit, because THIS TIME: is the right time.
My top five non-health related motivations right now are:
1. Fitting into my skinny clothes
2. Looking better naked
3. Boosting my confidence
4. Getting the fat off my face
5. Having people call me "little" again.
The best way to motivate me is to: leave notes of encouragement, check in and see how I'm doing, etc.
The best way I can motivate myself is to: stay plugged in to SP, remember that eating the way I'm supposed to ISN'T painful and it WON'T kill me and in the end I'll be the right size again.
