I haven't been eating very healthy lately. I have been really sick and the first day I barely ate 100 calories because I was throwing up everything. I even threw up some orange juice I tried to drink.
The next day I just ate everything I was able to keep down and it was all really unhealthy.
I have been using the healthy lifestyle scale, but it has been way off because I'm barely getting any sleep. I can't drink water, it makes me nauseous. I haven't been able to keep down fruit or vegetables and I haven't exercised one minute.
I am waiting to get better and hopefully will have more weight loss success.
