Walk about

Today I thought I would switch things up. I went for my walk this morning at the park rather than my evening around the neighborhood. Walking on grass and gravel was much better than the side walk. I'm glad I did, I am more fired up for the rest of my day. I will probably still walk after supper tonight. It tends to clear my head and I sleep better. We'll see how it goes. Two walks a day maybe the new routine.
