So today is the last day of my June Flab on Fire Challenge. Here are the final stats:
Starting weight: 177
Goal weight: 170-173
Final weight: 178
Exercise Goal: 900 minutes
Final Minutes: 1000+
The number from the scale is what had me in a grumpy mood yesterday. I was at 172 last weekend. I have legitimate reasons for the uptick the last 48 hours, and part of me says not to list them, because that's making excuses, but another part of me says that they're facts so why not throw them out there.
Fact 1: It's TOM. Arrived a little late this month. Bloating.
Fact 2: I really increased my exercise this week. That always effects my weight. Muscle inflammation. I'm still sore from last week.
I really increased my hydration to try to combat the bloat, but it didn't help. I'm consistently up to 80-100 oz. or more a day.
Anyway... onward and upward. I'm proud of myself for not getting frustrated and going out to get one of those giant Magnum ice cream bars to feed my frustration. I'm hoping that after TOM, I drop back down to 172.
I will be starting the DIY Summer Challenge tomorrow. I'll post more details on that tonight. Working on my template and goals.
