It's only WATER

My water retention is diminishing,
and the seven pound weight loss is just water weight,
but I'm encouraged by the lower number on the scale.
Due to medication complications I can't drink cranberry juice,
or take over-the-counter diuretics, or supplements,
or drink green tea.
I've been drinking a LOT of water, cutting out sodium,
using less salt, and getting a lot more exercise.
This is paying off and I'm going to continue this plan.
Hopefully I'll be able to see my real ankles by July 10,
which is when I will weigh again.
