Finally I have set a few goals for the day & actually hit them dead on today!!!
Stayed within my calorie range
, drank 8-10 glasses of water plus some coffee lol
Finally completed 60min of cardio for today...actually 61 HA
Actually trying to shower & be in the bed by midnight... now this is just too much!!
Man I am on it today!!! Now let's see if I can just do this for 21 more days LOL
