I don't like to exercise. I put it off. Today I waited until it was almost too late. I wanted to just skip it for one day, but I didn't want to ruin my spark streak. I went for a walk and did my core strength training. I didn't walk as far as I have been, but I did walk. The thing is, when I get done exercising I feel better about myself.
I am the same way,I try to do my walking before noon and that way I can't find any excuse to not.I think having an exercise buddy is helpful if you can find one. job on following through on your fitness and you felt better for doing it.You Go Girl Go,I know Diana 1916 days ago
Me, too. I waited til 9 pm to walk the dogs (for the second time), but felt a lot better after I did it.
I just restarted sparking (recommitted to weight loss) after almost a year away from here. I wasn't ready then. I think I am now. Yes, you can have some treats, but you have to mind portion when you do. That is a tricky part of it because some sugar makes you crave more sugar. (Guess that was a comment to your first post.)
