Coming Back Around

I am doing a simple exercise plan and it is working so far, I just don't feel like stressing and putting myself under so much pressure to lose weight. I watch what I eat and exercise 3 times a week. I keep track of everything through spark. even my water intake. This should be enough. For now aleast!! I will keep all posted

    Congrats on the small changes! I stopped drinking soda for my small change and it made a big difference! Good luck with the running.

    This is the best way to do it. Make a couple changes and they will become good habits.

    Awesome! I know it is so easy to take off fast but it is better to make small changes and keep at till it's just apart of who you are;) emoticon
