Stupid Plateau

I hate plateau. I have been stuck at 138-139 now for 2 weeks. I have tried high and low calorie ranges and increasing my cardio and strength. I have increased my water intake to 3-4 Liters a day and no budge! I have to keep motivated and eventually I know it will break.

    You go girl! You can do it! I know that for some people if the cycle their carbs it can help break a plateau. Cycling carbs (if you didn't already know) is when you eat the most carbs in the morning and decrease them in every meal after and restart again in the morning. I don't remember the science behind it but good luck! Have you tried a new cardio or strength training routine? Maybe some intervals? Good luck breaking this because if you keep going you will see the scale budge!
