Today's workout routine

Went to the gym and knocked out another killer NTC session:
Get toned/intermediate/30 min
"Curve Carver"

2 min light jog
1 min straight leg kicks
2 min slide and glide
1 min recover

2 min single leg deadlift dumbbell row(10 lbs dumbbells)
2 min ski jump to cross back lunge(10 lb dumbbell)
1 min mountain climbers
2 min push away balance
30 sec froggers
1 min recover

2 min basketball lunge with medicine ball press(10 lb dumbbell)
2 min sumo squate with lateral raise
1 min walk out push up to swivel
1 min burpee
30 sec squat jumps
1 min wood chops(15lb dumbbell)
2 min inch worm to push up
1 min cobra plank

2 min standing hamstring stretch
2 min lower back stretch
1 min pretzel stretch

15 minute walk on treadmill(added this)

I used to do all of the advanced workouts but am gradually moving up as I get stronger. These workouts are killer but they are so much fun because it changes up the routines and tries to keep you motivated throughout the workout by saying things like "dig deep", "keep at it", "almost there" etc.

I also like that I can pause it to catch my breath, or watch a video of the workout if I'm unsure about the form.

Anyway, I really need to get my food on track since my workouts are getting more consistent.
