I have a gym membership now! I am very excited to have access to fitness classes and extra fitness equipment. I am also looking forward to time outside the house. Tot is a great little girl, but she makes it very difficult to do much, and I really need the break. I'm going to experiment with early morning and late night workouts to see which will work best around her schedule. I am really interested in several classes which means I might bounce around to see what I enjoy most.
I hope that the workouts will boost my weight loss and give me some extra energy throughout the day. The extra confidence will be nice too. I want to feel and look my best for the Tokyo in Tulsa convention that is coming up. I'm struggling with the last few pounds to put me under the 200 mark. I haven't been good about tracking what I eat, and I have done a terrible job drinking enough water. I'm getting back on track though.
Can't wait to get to the gym, I may go tonight if I can.
