1. putting on something that hasn't fit for a very long time
2. working out even when you don't want to and after its done being so proud of yourself
3. having someone say you don't need to lose any more weight
4. having more energy than you've had for a very long time
5. not being so darned uncomfortable in those jeans that literally cut into your stomach
6. being told your special
7. cheering up your spark friends and helping them stay on track
8. getting a spark goodie
9. reflecting on where you were and where you are now
10. planning for how your going to get to your goals
11. paying attention to the little things that you are grateful for....
and so many more things give me that special feeling....
