I talked to a friend of mine from way back in high school who is doing Weight Watchers. She said she likes the accountability of having meetings. I kind of prefer just doing it online. But I'm not sure.

Either way, one thing she said is that she tries to walk a mile every day on the treadmill, and I know I have not been going to the gym every day, just every few days, and that isn't enough. I should go at least five days a week if not every day. My trainer from 12 weeks to fitness said two to three days a week, but I'd like to go more. I don't want to limit the possibility for more fitness. I guess she wants me to take it slow at the beginning so that I don't burn out, but I'd like to go more frequently and do more variety of things while I'm there, like yoga, Zumba, swimming in addition to the cardio I've been doing (treadmill, eliptical, stationary bike). I'm also interested in cycling classes. I've never done those. Can anyone attest to success with those?

I think I'll go this afternoon anyway and see if I can go to the gym for the rest of the week each day and see how I feel at the end of the week. Here goes!

You can try going everyday and see how you like it and if you begin to feel like it's too much, just dial it back. Good luck!

Thanks! I think I just need to get a good schedule into gear at the gym.

Cycling does work, but I will admit variety is the spice of life (at least in the gym I mean...lol) So try it out see if you like it and good luck!
