Hey everyone! Just thought I would try writing my first blog entry. I've been (re)active on Spark People for about a week and 5 out of the 7 days I have done VERY well! I'm super proud of myself! But two days I have overate and drank alot... Drinking is really what ruins my diet the most. Being hungover makes me depressed and both cause me to overeat. Also today my friend took me out to a nice dinner and I indulged in several glasses of wine (...several...) and quite a bit of fattening foods. I'm just trying not to beat myself up; we all make mistakes right? Tomorrows a new day!
