I noticed today that my last post was in April. I also noticed that I have not been working out and had been eating a lot of sweets. I have not been tracking my nutrition nor my fitness. So I have decided to retry this whole fitness thing and SP again.
How do I plan to do this?
Today I set forth with a goal of 30 days straight fitness for 30 minutes per day. I am getting my fiance involved as well as my dog. My honey and I will benefit from spending time together and the dog will benefit from getting to smell new places. I am also starting a nutrition class in about a week at the college I attend.
I would also like to take a photograph per day of working out to give myself more motivation to do so.
(I did take a picture today but I am having some connection problems at the moment with the new camera so I will upload later.)
