BLC #16 was a bit of hit and miss. At the beginning I was on the ball, watching what I ate, sticking with the challenges and lost weight. In the middle I was upset by an inaccurate calorie count. I found myself ravenous by trying to eat too little and went on a bit of a binge. Remarkably, I did not gain weight! This week I found a calculator that calculates BMI for lactating women with babies over 6 months and found that I need something like 2770 calories a day! Woo Hoo! 2000 calories and I have weight loss.
This summer my plan is to concentrate on my calorie range and drinking water. Since Mr. Munchalots is starting solids, I'll need to be careful to calculate the amount he's eating in solids so I can adjust the amount of food I eat.
