Unless I die, I am not giving up. It's when I give up that I truly failed.
It's hard. I am tired. My lower back hurts. Used to be my feet hurt too but I get better shoes. But yeah my back is bugging me. The thing is I think it is my bed and I can't do anything about it since it cost me $500 for the bed and it was supposed to help my back. I can't tell if it is that or my weight or both. So, first I am going to fix my weight. Next, I am going to see if there is something I can put on top of my mattress that will help. My mattress is VERY firm. Maybe it is too firm. So I have to see if I can figure out what to do about that.
Meantime, I'm just trying to be faithful about keeping a weight and food log for now. I met a professional weightlifter at GNC which inspired me. I ended up buying $184 vitamins and stuff.
And, I am trying to not skip breakfast. I think everyday God talks to you through people.
Night 1) Nutritionist at an event said "You are fighting for your life."
Day 2) Friend from Japan asked if I eat breakfast and said her family couldn't conceive of how to exist without a large breakfast.
Day 3) Pro-weightlifter said eat every 4 hours and I knew what to do, just have to do it. But to not skip breakfast. Keep the blood sugar regulated.
Night 3) People on Facebook overwhelmingly responded with support to my endevour to lose weight
So my first goal is to get under 240. Not skip meals. Take my vitamins. I am keeping cals between 1500-1800 and seeing what happens.
