I read this article on re-motivating yourself. The first week's goal is to track your food, don't beat yourself up, and to start exercising, but don't go crazy (aim for 10 -20 minutes a day, just try to be consistent). I just came back from a 25 minute walk. I had planned on taking my sneakers to work so I would do it before I got home, as it's very hard to get out the door once I get here. I forgot my sneakers. When I got home tonight I came in and decided I was going to eat dinner and then go for a walk. Then I decided to just put on the sneakers and go for it, which I did.
It's a 1 day streak, but it's a streak!!
