I haven't been able to lose weight like i've wanted and alot of it is just plain being lazy about exercise and being too tired to do anything after a full day's work. I had a bad relapse in April '11 and lost some strength in my right leg that made me look for physical therapy. I found a great place that helped me get started with exercises to help me with this. I already can tell a difference in my walking when I faithfully do my exercises. I really want to get rid of some weight!!!
