Well, ok may be a bit overdoing it. But after yesterday and coming home and logging on my tracker, I almost flipped out!!!!!!!

Ok one Mc'D's biscuit, sausage, egg breakfast is 490 calories, andddddddd a 1110 sodium, I decided to eat 2 (didn't need to, was just too hungry) So you can see what that did to my calorie count and sodium count, and it added up 980 calories. So I still needed to add some calories for the day, and it just shot me way out of the ballpark as far a sodium, fat, and whatever else.

So I solemnly swear never to partake in fast food again, mainly because of the unearthly sodium counts. At least if I do, I will choose wisely. And stay away from what I ate yesterday. Will check what they put in their oatmeal, and if it's acceptable then I will opt for that next time, I get myself in this sort of predicament.

I was at Urgent care, and waiting for a prognosis. And then waiting at the pharmacy for the medicine I needed, took a tremendous toll on my nerves.
Reason for the fast food fiasco.

No wonder we are having weight problems, if one meal can create that big of a problem to our day. Not having it, it was an eye opener for me.

I looked up the fruit and oatmeal for McD's. Much much better! I would think the cream part of it is an option, and not in the oatmeal, so next time will try that. 290 cal 160 sodium, thats more like it.

    Yes ff is a killer! I try to make a plan if I decide to do ff so I know what I am getting. I haven't ate ff in a couple months & feel pretty good not doing so. I was looking at your calories. The trainer I am seeing was telling me, your goal weight should be the amount of calories you want to eat. I want to get to 165. So I eat 1650 - 1900 calories a day. When you work out you need more calories. Take your goal weight times 100. I understand emotions & eating. I am so like this. With working with my trainer she has become my sounding board. Really helps to have someone to talk to.

    I know the feeling! Don't feel bad- I ate a dessert at Cracker Barrel over a month ago and will never do it again! Found out it had 3200 calories in it-you can imagine the rest! My husband and I split it, but was I ever mad at myself. Next time I went in I told the manager How mad I was that that had that much calories and fat, etc. He just laughed and said it is good! These restaurants are slowly killing people with the calories, fat and sodium in their food! My goodness, what I used to eat before SP-it is no wonder I got up to 302 pounds! I have eaten one of those apple crisps all by myself long time ago! Fast food is the worst-but, I am happy to see some of the menu items like the oatmeal are getting better. Like Bob Evans, Denny's are two restaurants now going to light food items on their menus. Yippee! Because we like to eat out and now we can have better choices! The reason why is we travel alot around FL! Stay strong and continue to make better choices! emoticon
