Well, ok may be a bit overdoing it. But after yesterday and coming home and logging on my tracker, I almost flipped out!!!!!!!
Ok one Mc'D's biscuit, sausage, egg breakfast is 490 calories, andddddddd a 1110 sodium, I decided to eat 2 (didn't need to, was just too hungry) So you can see what that did to my calorie count and sodium count, and it added up 980 calories. So I still needed to add some calories for the day, and it just shot me way out of the ballpark as far a sodium, fat, and whatever else.
So I solemnly swear never to partake in fast food again, mainly because of the unearthly sodium counts. At least if I do, I will choose wisely. And stay away from what I ate yesterday. Will check what they put in their oatmeal, and if it's acceptable then I will opt for that next time, I get myself in this sort of predicament.
I was at Urgent care, and waiting for a prognosis. And then waiting at the pharmacy for the medicine I needed, took a tremendous toll on my nerves.
Reason for the fast food fiasco.
No wonder we are having weight problems, if one meal can create that big of a problem to our day. Not having it, it was an eye opener for me.
I looked up the fruit and oatmeal for McD's. Much much better! I would think the cream part of it is an option, and not in the oatmeal, so next time will try that. 290 cal 160 sodium, thats more like it.
