Focusing on the Positive

This week I am really trying to crank it up by focusing on exercise because when I exercise, I don't feel like eating as much. What a win-win!!! I haven't been able to get back in the mode of tracking everything I eat, but my plan is to focus on small changes I can make. I'm focusing on positive actions to reduce the negative and destructive choices. Started the morning with a long family walk. Great time to chat and to get fit!!!! Oh and teach my kids the importance of being active.

    small changes are the pathway to success. too many ppl want to change everything all at once, get overwhelmed and well give up. and kudoos for making time to talk to your kids about making healthy choices. healthy kids have so much more self esteem!

    Good for you. When the big things are overwhelming, focusing on the small things can get you to your destination. Hang in there.
