This week I am really trying to crank it up by focusing on exercise because when I exercise, I don't feel like eating as much. What a win-win!!! I haven't been able to get back in the mode of tracking everything I eat, but my plan is to focus on small changes I can make. I'm focusing on positive actions to reduce the negative and destructive choices. Started the morning with a long family walk. Great time to chat and to get fit!!!! Oh and teach my kids the importance of being active.
