I did some tapping as things came up -- I just got through the beginning of an EFT & weight loss book. It zapped me a little, but since one aspect of my bumpy childhood was affecting me, as things came up, I decided to tap. I did gradually get in a workout and a good sweat.
My daughter and I went to the rec center too early so we headed for a park since she had the deadline. It took me all afternoon to do a cleaning project, but I did it and it feels very good. And the sweat factor today has been amazing! I look at that as a sign of progress.
So, as I rearrange, my first challenge is to get cleaned up and finish the loose ends and get to bed in time to get a good night's sleep. That seems to be a keystone for me.
Then it will be a combo of workout and chores. When I get behind on chores, other things suffer. Besides, that's part of conquering the mini-shutdowns.
I'm looking forward to making real changes but not with the excited intensity (you know the kind that burns out quickly?), but instead with the constant coal, and slow burn persistence. I've had so many years of being determined but fearing that I would fail (and whaddaya know my thryoid was in on that one), but now I can make a difference, even differences that I don't see today but have the evidence of the investment.
Okay, time to put the sheets on the bed and finish things for bed! Have a great week sparkers!
