I've been on this weight lost venture for over 5 years now. I've learned so much about how to eat to lose weight. I've heard it over and over again that you've got change up your workouts every once in a while to break through a plateau. I've done that so many times only to see no results. Of course I know too that it's in the foods. Until recently I decided to do what I've heard. "Increase your calories". You know I've heard it and I was scared to increase my calories because I thought I'll gain weight instead of lose weight. This past week I increased my calories to 1500-2000, maintained my daily workouts and lost weight. Yes, I lost weight. It really does work. I can't wait to see how much more weight I'll lose while eating more food.
