The July issue of the Ladie's Home Journal really delivered: 3 pages of meals/ 1 page of snacks. The meals are under 400 calories or less and include lean protein, fruits, veggies,garlic honey, fresh lemons, whole grain carbs (tortillas, bread and pasta) yogurt dressings, etc. The snacks are under 150 calories.
Breakfast Fruit Parfait - defrost 1/2 cup berries, add 1 cup plain yogurt, 1tsp honey, toasted oats (sauté in non-stick pan with cinnamon) Layer in a tall wide glass and enjoy.
Greek Salad with Salmon - whisk 2Tbsp,plain yogurt, juice of 1/2 lemon and clove minced garlic. toss dressing with 3C chopped fresh baby spinach,1/2 C tomatoes , 1/4 C cucumber and 2Tbsp chopped almonds. Top with 6 oz grilled salmon fillet
Basil Chicken Salad Wrap with Cucumber Chips and hummus

Steak and Pepper Quesadilla made with the steak left-over from the Pepper Crusted Sirloin dinner we enjoyed the day before.
The snacks are easy, fresh, delicious and portable.
I have more energy and am enjoying not to think too much about what to make.
