Am VERY happy to see the scale number getting smaller! I did a lot of fun exercising this week and it shows (biking and hiking).

Yoga was a tough class today. Actually, it was probably just the same .... I just had sore legs from all the biking and hiking

Lunch today was a tempeh fajita with peppers, onions, tahini, and mushrooms.
Onward ho.
