It's been a really hectic week with work, church, my son's baseball games (making up a bunch that were cancelled in the torential rain storms earlier this summer), and so much more. I haven't been able to Spark much this week, but I have kept pretty well on track with my nutrition. Didn't get in a lot of activity, but this week should be better.

You have a great attitude! You never give up, don't let the slips and slides of everyday life get you off track. You just do what you can, when you can and you know it will all come together!

Don't stress over being a Husband and a Father! Being there now for your family is very important to them wanting you there for them after you are fit and healthy and they are older! Keep Pressing On!

On a busy week, it's hard to try and get on (especially if your goal is daily tracking!) but you still had the mind set, and that's what counts!
And with all that running around you did, you probably got more activity than you thought! :)

One of the hardest things that there is is trying to be healthy with a busy schedule. Just keep that focus.

I've had little personal time as well. Some times you just have to go with the flow.

Keeping your head when life grows hectic is the most important skill to develop when it comes to a healthy lifestyle. Be proud of yourself for keeping it together.

Trade offs can be tough, but church and family are two great choices. Hope you have a little more time for your workouts next week and still keep tracking your nutrition.

Even just thinking about your food choices, etc. means progress, though small. You probably never had any of this stuff cross your mind before. No worries, life happens... Keep up the good work! : ) Have a wonderful weekend.
