Excellent job on the 6 miles!

Playlist looks great -- may I suggest "Born To Run" & "Don't Stop Believin'" (Journey) & "Won't Back Down" (Tom Petty)Those three always get me through the part where my brain is trying to talk my body into stopping.

The verdict is in: This list worked pretty well. I was skeptical about all the country/pop stuff, but songs like "Toes" are great reminders that this is supposed to be FUN. I truly think that I relaxed more and ran (ok, jogged!) better on those kinds of tunes, but if I filled the list with them I'd never kick it up, lol!

@thirdxacharm: My page's background picture was taken on my deck. It's small but has a nice pergola that covers 1/3rd of it, and I've got grape vines growing on it. Last year I was lying underneath, and the light was right and it all felt good, so I took this picture. :) At the time I didn't know that there was a Wineglass Half Marathon near by, or that this year I'd be registered & workin' on it. ;)

Cheers!
K:)
