Week 5

Finally starting to settle in and not be as overwhelmed with all the tools on this website. I'm not much of a blogger. I prefer things short and sweet as the saying goes. I've been following the SP meal plan as closely as possible but it does take some work to cook and bring my food to work every day. It is starting to get easier and now I've tried cooking a bunch of meals up all at once and dividing it up into servings. I also bring a bunch of sides and snacks to work on Mondays and stock the fridge and freezer up.
Now about the exercise... I'm still exercising more than I was before I joined SP but it is slowly starting to become more difficult to get up early in the morning to go running. I need change my thinking about exercise, so here it goes: getting up early is totally doable, 30 minutes is no big deal.
Ok that was my pep talk to myself for the day.
Anyhow thanks for reading.

  I'm struggling with the exercise too. I have to make myself get up and do what I know I should do. Hang in there!
