Check-ups:
Nutrition (giving up cheese/only going out once a week): Day 2! I can't believe it--cheese is seriously in EVERYTHING. hahaha. But I've done fine! :) Gotta read labels a lot of the time though!

Fitness (phase 3 of ChaLEAN Extreme/finishing it): Finished Lean Circuit 3 for the first time today!! Amazing feeling!! I am liking the lean circuit..definitely more coordination required (which I lack, HA!)..but I sweat a TON..I love it!

Chalene Johnson’s 30 Day Push Challenge, Day 2 Description: What are your priorities? What are your life goals? What are you living your life according to? What are your values? Give your priorities a ranking that is specific to YOU (not what society thinks, what is in your heart).

What are the things you are not willing to compromise or abandon while pursuing a goal (regardless of the outcome)? What is your top priority? What gives you the greatest happiness? What gives you the greatest joy? What gives you the greatest pride? What area of your life gives you pain? What makes you feel sorrow? What characteristics do you most value? Not what society imposes on you, but what YOU feel in your heart.

Attach actions/verbs to these categories that are your top priorities. This is something that when you add something new to your plate, you ask yourself, “will it allow you to continue to live my life according to my top priority?” List the five most important areas of your life, and then rank them according to their importance.

If an outsider saw you, would they assume you were living to your life according to whatever your top priority is? Whatever your top priority is, what can you do differently to make sure that you devote more of your time to it? Is your behaviors, your time, your focus directed toward that top priority? Are you living your life that way whether or not someone is looking?

What is your truth? Not what other people are telling you should be your truth, but what is YOUR truth? Who’s most important? What’s most important? What do you want people to say about you when you aren’t around?

All decisions should be made based on your PRIORITIES. When you have a big decision to make, make sure you are referring back to your top priorities. Ask yourself, “is this consistent with my top priority?”

Develop clarity of what you want to achieve. What will bring you happiness? Which one of your priorities is going to make you the most fulfilled (regardless of what society thinks)? If you achieve and live your life according to your priorities, will you be happy? If not, make some new priorities! Stop doing things that don’t move you towards happiness!

Are you living your life and setting priorities that are developed around the clarity of your values (what you want to be remembered for)? Set priorities with a purpose, live your life and set your priorities as though you are looking back on your life? What do you want people to say about you at your funeral?

What are your intrinsic priorities? The priorities that don’t have to go on your list because they are just a part of who you are. These are things that don’t go on your list because they are part of your fiber.

Chalene Johnson’s 30 Day Push Challenge, Day 2 Answer: I spent SO long writing a huge long article on aligning priorities. It ended up taking up a lot more time than I thought it would. I want to take more time to do this tomorrow, so I'm going to put it off.

It was REALLY therapeutic for me, it's sort of long (23 minutes), but I think it ultimately has a great message (if you can get over the fact I went into so much detail, haha). You can find that on my like page here: www.facebook.com/
