Yes it is Friday and I just finished my exercise today. I did my weights and also 50 min on the gazelle. Happy I am done for the weekend.

We have had thunderstorms all day. Really loud and fierce. I remember storms like this when I was a kid. I love them, my Mom hates them. She still will not use the phone in a storm. Thinks the phone is still like it was in the 50's.

Just a thought I had today and talked to my sister about today.

    I'm not fond of storms myself. I think we react to storms by the manner we were brought up in them. If the adult (s) around us as kids was afraid of storms, then I think that person grows up afraid of storms. True for my case. We have had way too much rain and storms, so it needs to clear up and bring us some sunshne!

    I enjoy the sounds and lights of a storm as my mother also does. She used to sit on the balcony and watch the lightning. Maybe not the smartest thing to do, but she always has loved a good storm and passed that on. Enjoy your weekend!

    I like thunderstorms at night. I like to sleep during storms.
