Once again I'm a little late in reporting my results of this week's Challenge but at least I did the work. Things have been changing in my life.....I'm watching my grandson, Michael, who is 4 yrs old on almost a daily basis. This week I even had him stay for a couple of overnighters......this results in "NOT" getting a good night's sleep. As a result.....I was a bit cranky on a few days.

Take your fitness minutes from last week and increase them by 10% this week! Yay for math!
This week my workouts with Brazil Butt Lift automatically increased the length of my workouts more than 10%......Leandro had me praying to the "lords of Brazil" more than once!!
6/6: Cardio Axe (30 min), Sculpt (50 min) and Wobbler (10 min) = 90 min.
6/7: Tummy Tuck (20 min), High & Tight (40 min) and Wobbler (10 min) = 70 min.
6/8: Bum Bum (30 min), Sculpt (50 min) and Wobbler (16 min) = 96 min.
6/9: Tummy Tuck (20 min), High & Tight (40 min) and Wobbler (10 min) = 70 min.
6/10: Cardio Axe (30 min), Sculpt (50 min) and Wobbler (10 min) = 90 min.
6/11: Tummy Tuck (20 min), High & Tight (40 min) and Wobbler (10 min) = 70 min.
6/12: Took the "furry girls" for a walk (90 min) and Wobbler (10 min) = 100 min.
Total Fitness Minutes: 586 min.
Beachy ST- time to work on that bikini body!!
Choose a part of your beach body that you want to work on the most and work it like never before! (arms, abs, legs, butt) How many squats, crunches, pushups can you do? Choose an exercise that works for you that will make you really sore!
I incorporated this with my above workouts. Mainly working on my Butt and Thighs along with some Ab work.
Get outside and play! Run around, hula hoop, play frisbee, etc- do some thing that makes you feel young, sexy and fun!
My outside fun was taking the "furry girls" for a walk.......we haven't had the best weather.......mostly ran and very little sun :( If we ever have more sun, I'll definitely spend more time outside :)
Try a new recipe and post a picture in the team area!
Due to the time that I've been spending with Michael, it has left little time to try out new recipes......we've been eating out a lot......this has got to stop soon as I need to get myself back on track. I've been doing too much stress eating :(
