UV Project Challenge - Wk #3 (6/13 to 6/19)

I'm a little behind in reporting my results for this week but I did keep track of everything....life has gotten in the way and there have been a few changes made where my time isn't my own as much as it was.....I'm watching my 4 yr. old grandson almost every day now so this week was an appropriate week for me.......Take care of YOU!!

You work, go to school, take care of kids, relationships, friends, fit in workouts, etc.. but how often do you take time out for yourself? This week- focus on "you" time, and do some thing for yourself that YOU love to do.

This week I've been reading the latest books in Sherryl Woods' "Chesapeake Shores Series"........it's nice to get lost in a novel especially when the story takes place at the beach!!

Fruits and Veggies:

This week, try making a new meal using only fruits and veggies! Take a picture or post a recipe and share with the rest of us!

Due to my lack of time of doing anything this week while I was watching Michael, I didn't have the time to try a new recipe :( I tried to make an effort to eat more Freggies but.......I was only successful a few days this week.

Cardio:

Burn baby, BURN! Rack of those fitness minutes by pushing cardio to the max. Get that heart rate pumping. Report back next week with minutes dedicated to cardio!

This week's workout with Brazil Butt Lift definitely covered Cardio. FYI.....even though the workout was called Sculpt.....there was still plenty of Cardio in the workout.

6/13: Sculpt (50 min) and Wobbler (10 min) = 60 min.
6/14: Cardio Axe (30 min), Bum Bum (30 min) and Wobbler (10 min) = 70 min.
6/15: Sculpt (50 min) and Wobbler (10 min) = 60 min.
6/16: Bum Bum (30 min), High & Tight (40 min) and Wobbler (10 min) = 80 min.
6/17: Sculpt (50 min) and Wobbler (10 min) = 60 min.
6/18: Bum Bum (30 min) and Wobbler (10 min) = 40 min.
6/19: Took the "furry girls" for a Walk (90 min) and Wobbler (10 min) = 100 min.

Total Cardio: 470 min.

Core:

In addition to your regular ST routine- this week you gotta really work that core. Stream a new video, grab a fitness magazine and kill it!

6/18: Tummy Tuck = 20 min.

Total Core: 20 min.
