Well, at least something good came out of week 5. Unfortunately, I gained weight. The two pounds I lost earlier this week, came back with a vengeance on weigh in day. I really need to exercise. This won't work for me without exercise.
I know what I didn't do. I didn't eat enough calories, not enough water yesterday. Not to mention bloating. Well this is still the start of week 6. I'm going to do something different this week. I'm going to eat only from the sparkpeople plan. That's tough because my schedule is so hectic. But, I need to accomplish this just for me.
So here goes. We'll see what the weigh in for week 7 brings.
I'm not giving up on this!
