I have been walking for short walks this week and realizing this is o.k. I am more positve now and not expecting to do the impossible. What I want to do is continue losing some weight and exercising at a reasonable pace. So far it is working for me. It is so important to be positive and it does require some work on days when you become discouraged. Remember to be proud of your accomplishments. Do the best you can with a positive attitude. It makes all the difference in the world.
