I broke my leg this spring. I was able to keep up my upper body weight lifting. But I found that being restricted in weight-bearing on my leg really threw me for a loop. I started letting my eating get out of control because of my frustration. There was no good reason for that…..I believe that since I could not “be perfect” in my weight-control regimen, I kinda just let myself go. LESSON LEARNED. The problem with my broken leg was not physical—IT WAS PSYCHOLOGICAL.
Sooooooo---I’m back now.--Aly
