Feeling much better today, thank you all for the well wishes! :) Just want to post a quick blog before heading to bed! Hope everyone is well!! :)
1. Go to the gym 5x per week Done!
2. Swim 5x per week Done!
3. Use the treadmill at least 2x per week Done!!
4. Strength train 3-4x per week Done!
5. Drink 40 oz of water per day Done!
6. Try relaxation techniques 1x a day Done!! :)
7. Track all nutrition, fitness, and all other goals daily Done
8. Tidy the house a little each day and clean up the dishes everyday Done
9. Only weigh-in once a week So far so good!
10. Cook meals at home at least 6x per week Done!!

Calories/Goal: 2,240 - 2,590 Actual: 2,275
Carbs/Goal: 280 - 405 Actual: 332
Fat/Goal: 55 - 97 Actual: 59
Protien/Goal: 62 - 218 Actual: 67
Exercise: Swimming 60 minutes, Upper Body and Core Strength
