When I first started this most recent weight loss journey 3 months ago, I couldn't imagine eating under 1,800 calories a day. But, strangely, as I've been losing weight and increasing my exercise, I'm finding it a struggle to eat 1,500 calories a day. I'm not sure that going much below that is a good idea anyway. Maybe I could start adding more protein and an occasional glass of juice, which would boost my caloric intake.
