Can this be correct?

I have really gotten into the grove with exercising and now do between 30 and 50 minutes on the treadmill/5 x per week. I also do a 30 minute Pilates routine 3 times per week. When I entered my fitness minutes for the last two weeks, the program told me to update the fitness goals. When I did so, it changed my calories to 1700 - 2100 per day. That sounds crazy to me!

I am 5 ' 8" tall and have lost 40 of the 91+ that I need to lose.

    Thanks for the comments, I think it is the calorie range that I find scary. . . 2100 seems SO high! I guess I'll try it for a week and see what happens.

    Janielynn7, you say that you set yourself for 1200-1500 and every once in awhile you eat what they suggest. Does Spark suggest that you eat more or less calories?

    Maybe I should calculate my BMR . . .

    Yes it is correct because if we consume to few calories for our BMR then we go into shut down mode. I find that calorie cycling helps. I set myself for 1200-1500 calories but every once in a while I eat what they suggest. Special days or eating with friends.
    I still loose weight slowly but then I am a slow looser anyway. emoticon emoticon emoticon
