I have really gotten into the grove with exercising and now do between 30 and 50 minutes on the treadmill/5 x per week. I also do a 30 minute Pilates routine 3 times per week. When I entered my fitness minutes for the last two weeks, the program told me to update the fitness goals. When I did so, it changed my calories to 1700 - 2100 per day. That sounds crazy to me!
I am 5 ' 8" tall and have lost 40 of the 91+ that I need to lose.
