well i had a slimfast for breakfast. some low cal cookies for snack in the am. then an apple right before lunch. then for lunch had a wendy's baked potatoe broccoli and cheese. a double stack. then for afternoon snack cheese. then some little cookie things. then for dinner had baked chicken and mac n cheese. i cleaned today and worked out at curves this afternoon. that is all for now.
