ovarian cyst = no exercise :(

I had a very painful ovarian cyst this past week, and I only got to exercise 1 day because of it. It really bummed me out because I've been on such a great exercise streak. Today, it finally stopped hurting with every move I make, so I'm "back in the game" and got in a great 35 minutes on the elliptical today.

    ooo, I know it had to hurt. Pleaase, just take it easy and gradually ease back into your fitness regime, I would suggest starting back out at just 15 to 20 minutes and then increase in 5 minute increments. Good luck.
